• Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

• Delivery time: NZ orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Rural delivery may take longer.

• Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $100 NZD.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
